Is our donor data secure?

Absolutely. DonorSnap takes a layered approach to keeping your data safe. Your data is hosted on secure, professionally managed servers in an environmentally controlled facility with redundant power, HVAC, and fiber optic connections for maximum uptime. Nightly backups are stored off-site across multiple servers in geographically diverse locations and retained for 60 days — so even in the event of a natural disaster, your data is protected.

You also have full control over who can access your data. Your Site Administrator can add or remove users at any time, set screen-level and field-level permissions, and limit what each person can see or edit.
