Keep Tabs on All Your Contact Interactions
Whether it’s mailings, visits, attendance at events, or phone conversations, DonorSnap has a general purpose interaction screen for each donor. The organization determines what types of interactions to track and sets up the appropriate codes. Interactions can be entered individually for a contact or by using the Mass Interaction Update in conjunction with a DataMiner Platinum batch.
As with all DonorSnap screens, the organization can add the user defined fields that are useful to the organization for tracking purposes.
