Donations Accounting Report

The Donations Accounting report is very similar to the Donations Received report, but it includes a few extra options specifically for accounting purposes. The default settings group the report by accounting code to give subtotals to your bookkeeper. The main difference is that the report can be run based on one of four date fields:

  1. Donation Date
  2. Accounting Date
  3. QuickBooks GL Date (When using the QuickBooks integration this is the date that you entered into QuickBooks for the donation)
  4. QuickBooks Integration Date (The day you sent the donation over to QuickBooks using the integration)
