After you have run the report and found your potential duplicates, go to Maintenance &gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/donorsnap.com\/support\/docs\/merging-contacts\/\">Merge Contact<\/a> to combine duplicates and automatically move of the donations and other activity records to one final contact.<\/p>\n<h3>Available duplicate checking options:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Duplicate Names<\/li>\n<li>Duplicate Name, Organization, and Address<\/li>\n<li>Duplicate Organizations<\/li>\n<li>Duplicate Addresses<\/li>\n<li>Duplicate Phone Number<\/li>\n<li>Duplicate Email Address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Master List Report<\/h2>\n<p>The Master List report lists all of the drop-down options in the DonorSnap fields, for easy viewing.<\/p>\n<p>** You cannot customize drop-downs from here;
